comments and feedback on the 2009 performance of
the County administered Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment
Partnerships (HOME) programs. A public hearing
to review the 2009 program performance, as well
as, suggestions for improvement in future years
will be held at the Dane County CDBG Commission
meeting on Thursday, March 25, 2010 beginning at
5:30 p.m. at the City of Fitchburg - City Hall -
Council Chambers, 5520 Lacy RD. Written comments
on the Draft 2009 Consolidated Annual
Performance and Evaluation Report may be
directed to the Dane County CDBG Office, 1202
Northport DR/4th FL, Madison, WI 53704 or via

Description
Dane County 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development Dane County 2004-2009 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development - The Consolidated Plan is a plan up to five (5) years in length that describes community needs, resources, priorities, and proposed activities to be undertaken under certain U.S. Department of Housing (HUD) programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program. Annual Action Plan - Each year, the County is required to update the Consolidated Plan by submitting an Action Plan to HUD that describes the specific planned uses of the covered HUD programs Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) - The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is a summary of programmatic accomplishments and an assessment of progress toward the priority needs and specific objectives set forth in the Consolidated Plan.

Citizen Participation Plan - This plan contains Dane County's policies and procedures for public involvement in the Consolidated Plan process and the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) money. The Plan provides for and encourages public participation, emphasizing involvement by low and moderate-income people. Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice - The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) is a review of the impediments to fair housing choice in the public and private sector in Dane County.
