Dane County alone will host the application process for 2010 funding since this is the off year for
the City of Madison and the United Way of Dane County. RFPs and the application form will be
available prior to the Application Workshop that is planned for April 16, 2009 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
The location for this year's workshop is the Dane County Job Center Office, large conference room
(Ballroom), 1819 Aberg Avenue.
Dane County Human Services and CDBG will only accept
applications for programs listed below. Providers who have contracts for programs not on the RFP list
are not required to submit any information to continue as a provider. However, if you have
recommendations for changes in your services, please discuss these with your contract manager.
Thank you for your interest in providing services under a contract with the Department of Human
Services and CDBG. We look forward to your proposal.
