Persons Who Are Deaf/Hard of Hearing

The Dane County Department of Human Services purchases limited services for persons who are deaf or hearing impaired through Access to Independence. The services include: information and training for consumers to obtain and manage services and the benefits they receive, socialization opportunities, and community/provider education regarding the needs of persons with hearing impairments.
