Applications / Proposals for Funding
Dane County Department of Human Services and Dane County CDBG has an annual application process and accepts bids for selected programs in any given year. Every other year Dane County Human Services is joined by the City of Madison Office of Community Services, City of Madison CDBG and the United Way of Dane County in the consolidated application process. Dane County will post the list of programs and RFPs that are up for bid in this application cycle on the website in April. Applications will be due in May.

2012 Applications & RFPs
Dane County will open the application process for 2012 funding in April. RFPs and the application form will be available prior to the Application Workshop that is planned for April 15th, 2011, starting at 1:30 p.m. The location for this year's workshop is the Ballroom at the Dane County Job Center Office, 1819 Aberg Avenue, Madison. In the event that it is necessary to provide additional clarifying information, or to revise any part of an RFP, revisions and/or supplements will be posted to this web site. Bidders are reminded to regularly monitor the web site for updates and additions.
Dane County Human Services and CDBG will only accept applications for programs listed below. Providers who have contracts for programs not on the RFP list are not required to submit any information to continue as a provider. However, if you have recommendations for changes in your services, please discuss these with your contract manager.
