The Consolidated Plan is a plan up to five (5) years in length that describes community needs, resources, priorities, and proposed activities to be undertaken under certain U.S. Department of Housing (HUD) programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.
Annual Action Plan
Each year, the County is required to update the Consolidated Plan by submitting an Action Plan to HUD that describes the specific planned uses of the covered HUD programs.
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is a summary of programmatic accomplishments and an assessment of progress toward the priority needs and specific objectives set forth in the Consolidated Plan.
