BadgerCare Plus Core Plan for Adults Without Dependent Children*

BadgerCare Plus Core Plan provides access to health care services for long-term uninsured adults. If your income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level ($1,805 for a single perosn and $2,428.33 for a married couple); are age 19 through 64, who do not have dependent children under the age of 19 living with you, you may be eligible to enroll in the Core Plan

* Please note that immediate enrollment for the Core Plan has been suspended because all of the slots available for the program have been filled. A waiting list has been created and people from the waiting list will be enrolled as slots become available.
