When we first got into foster care it was with the thought of what we had to offer but many years later we have a totally different perspective. Not only has it been very rewarding as far as being able to provide children with what they need in their lives but it has also provided us with a better perspective of what family really means and how we take some things for granted. While we have been able to make an impact in the lives of many children, our lives have been just as richly touched.
