Budget

The Deputy Director oversees the Fiscal and Management Services Division which is responsible for the budget and contracts analysis and preparation, capital planning, program planning, policy analysis, collections, and grants coordination.

Department Budgets

The Department submits annual budget requests to the Dane County Executive (see links below). The County Executive includes the Department's requests, with or without modifications, in the annual budget recommended to the Dane County Board of Supervisors. The Dane County Board adopts the final version of the annual budget, with or without modifications, to the Executive's recommended version (see the Adopted Budget below).
