Eligibility Criteria and Fees

Badger Prairie Health Care Center is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility. For eligibility information for Medicaid, visit www.dhfs.state.wi.us/medicaid/index.htm . For eligibility information on Medicare, visit www.medicare.gov . We accept private payment and commercial insurance. BPHCC is not HMO affiliated but special arrangements with HMOs may be possible. BPHCC serves residents of Dane County only.
